PROCEDURE FOR RETURNED WINDSCREENS, REAR LITES AND SIDE GLASS
Windscreen Distributors (Pty) Ltd (WD) carries a 12 month guarantee on factory faults
A period of 10 working days applies for any returns for credit from date of purchase.
The original invoice or an acceptable copy to be submitted along with the product for credit.
Any person collecting on behalf of a company or individual must ensure that they are given the correct part number.
WD products will not be accepted for credit if damaged or flawed. Kindly ensure that stock is thoroughly checked before it is returned.
Please note that WD does not accept returns during the last week of the month due to the constraints of financial month-end.
HANDLING FEE PROCEDURE
1. Goods correctly supplied will be subject to a 15% administration plus restocking fee. All glass supplied carries a 12 month warranty against factory workmanship and materials . No returns will be accepted after 7 days
2. A separate invoice will be issued if handling fee charges apply.
